The official police investigation into the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 has reportedly identified the plane’s captain as the prime suspect.

Malaysian cops discovered that married dad of three Shah, 53, appeared to have made NO social or work commitments for the future, unlike other members of his crew, the Sunday Times reports.

Their probe also found that he had programmed a flight simulator with drills practising a flight far out into the southern Indian Ocean and landing on a island with a short runway, the paper claims.

The drills were said to have been deleted but later recovered by computer experts.

Flight MH370 disappeared on March 8 while en route from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Beijing, China.

There were 239 passengers and crew members on board.

To date, no trace of the Boeing 777 has been found.

China Inc Highest borrowers in the World, owing $14 trillion

Posted on

DollarsThe Chinese corporate bond market has overtaken the United States as the world’s biggest and is set to soak up a third of global company debt needs over the next five years, according to rating agency Standard & Poor’s, underscoring the growing risk China’s debt market is imposing on the global financial system.

Chinese corporate borrowers owed $14.2 trillion at the end of 2013 versus $13.1 trillion owed by U.S. corporations with the switch in rankings taking place a year earlier than it had expected, S&P said on Monday.

The Asia-Pacific region, led by China, is seen accounting for half of global corporate debt financing needs of $60 trillion over the five-year period to 2018 when the region will account for more than half the projected total debt outstanding of $72 trillion.

China, the world’s second-largest economy is currently financing a quarter to a third of its corporate debt through its shadow banking sector and this had global implications, S&P said.

“This means that as much as 10 percent of global corporate debt is exposed to the risk of a contraction in China’s informal banking sector,” the agency said, estimating this at $4 trillion to $5 trillion. “With China’s economy likely to grow at a nominal 10 percent per year over the next five years, this amount can only increase.”

Cash flows and leverage at Chinese corporations are the worst among global peers, having deteriorated from being the best in 2009, according to a corporate financial risk trend measure used by Standard & Poor’s.

“China’s property and steel sectors remain of particular concern,” it said, adding that higher land bank and property inventory had led to the sluggish trend in property prices contributing to the decline in steel demand.

Growth in average new home prices in China slowed to a near one-year low in April, a month in which new home prices fell in eight of 70 cities, up from four cities in March.

S&P expects more defaults in the steel sector, with strains already manifesting in falling iron ore prices this year.

The benchmark iron ore price dropped to a 21-month low of $91.50 a metric ton late last week as a supply glut smothered a market faced with slower steel demand. The price has plunged a third so far this year.

“China’s large and still-expanding contribution to global corporate debt, the higher financial risk is causing overall corporate risk to increase globally,” the agency said.

“As the world’s second-largest national economy, any significant reverse for China’s corporate sector could quickly spread to other countries.”

Reflecting growing investor jitters over credit risks, some Chinese companies in the stretched sectors have recently dropped plans to issue bonds in the onshore market as investors have demanded higher interest rates for the declining margins and refinancing risks.

Earlier this month, online gaming company Shenzhen Zqgame scrapped plans for a bond offering saying it would not help in reducing financing costs.

Bond yields on weaker credits have risen faster than those rated AAA. In the past year the Thomson Reuters onshore benchmark for AA-rated companies for onshore China debt has risen 120 basis points to 6.70 percent. The AAA-rated curve has moved up 80 basis points to 5.50 percent in the same period.

Exposed: World’s Richest Black Man, Aliko Dangote’s Darkest Secrets Finally Out In The Open

Posted on Updated on

wpid-Alhaji-Aliko-Dangote.jpeg

It’s no news that the uncontroversially richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote has a net worth of about $21Billion, the Nigerian businessman’s Dangote Group controls vast holdings of commodities, real estate, and telecommunications projects. Well, there are certain things about him that are hidden from the general public. Here are 9 things you never knew about the mogul:

1. He’s been a businessman since he was a child. While he was in primary school in the 1960s, the young Dangote would buy boxes of sweets and sell them at a profit to his fellow classmates. After studying business at the University of Cairo, he started the Dangote Group at the age of 21.

2. He’s on Twitter. Since starting his social media account on New Year’s Eve of 2013, Dangote has amassed more than 50,000 followers. So far, his tweets have addressed malnutrition, the Davos economic conference, and entrepreneurship. No selfies, though. At least not yet

3. He is an exercise buff. Despite his busy schedule, Dangote manages to squeeze in frequent jogging sessions. “Exercise is better than any medicine I can take. Exercise and sleep,” Dangote said.

4. He has been accused of getting special treatment. Former U.S. Consul General to Nigeria, Brian Browne said Africa’s richest billionaire, Dangote, has received special treatment from Nigeria’s government in the form of exclusive import rights while high taxes or bans are imposed on competitors’ imports. Dangote denies any special treatment, saying he simply maintained friendships with elected official.

5. He is a philanthropist. The billionaire’s Dangote Foundation has provided more than 10 billion naira to combat poverty in Nigeria. In addition to business grants, the foundation sends cash transfers to women and children who often suffer the worst effects of poverty.

7. He has survived multiple plane crashes. Dangote has walked away from not one, not two, but three plane crashes. In 1996, one of those crashes killed Dangote’s brother and Sani Abacha, son of Nigeria’s head of state.

8. He is not the first extremely wealthy person in his family. Dangote’s great grandfather, Alhassan Dantata, was possibly the richest man in West Africa.

9. He is committed to building up Nigeria despite owning holding companies all over Africa. Dangote’s primary focus is still on his Nigerian homeland. He said, “If you give me $5 billion today, I will invest everything here in Nigeria. Let us put our heads together and work.”

The secret is not what you expect right? But it’s motivating and inspiring.

College student, 19, shoots herself dead weeks after starring as Casting Couch porn amateur – and being mercilessly harassed by former schoolmates

At just 19-years old and stunningly beautiful, straight-A chemistry student Alyssa Funke took her own life weeks after she dabbled in the seedy world of amateur porn and was mercilessly taunted for her decision.

Miss Funke, who wanted to be an anesthesiologist, decided to take part in a sex video with a stranger in Las Vegas for website CastingCouch-X, using the name ‘Stella Ann’.

Days after the sex tape of the teenager, from Stillwater, Minnesota, was posted online in March, abusive messages flooded her social media accounts, many from her former schoolmates at Stillwater High.

The messages, ranged from gossipy and sarcastic to nasty slurs about the University of Wisconsin student.

High school students had reportedly gathered around tables in the cafeteria to watch the teen’s sex tape on their cellphones, according to KMSP-TV.

One called Miss Funke a ‘thot’, a slang word for prostitute, adding: ‘Does her dad know?’

Another message sniped: ‘Nothing brings a school together like a porn star who graduated last year.’

Miss Funke fought back – defending herself. She tweeted: ‘Pornstar status’ and ‘FAMOUS for dayzzzzz.’

The last message she posted on Facebook on March 4 read: ‘The people that envy & hate you the most, stalk you on social media the most so, hey hi hello how r u doing, this ones for you.’

She wrote a post to her ‘future husband’ and about vulnerable message about wanting a relationship where you ‘never feel unwanted or alone’.

The 19-year-old did not know the easiest of childhoods, despite describing her past with a shrug in her porn video interview as ‘pretty much’ normal.

Her biological father Rashad Bowman was jailed in 2001 for fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Court records show that as a young girl, Alyssa tried to keep in contact with her father using audio tapes.

Her mother and a boyfriend were charged with drug-dealing. Family told KMSP-TV that the teenager had money worries and struggled with depression.

Despite brushing off the taunts from her peers, the words affected her, family said. On April 17, the teenager bought a shotgun, drove to Big Carnelia Lake and killed herself on her family’s boat.

The teenage college student had a troubled upbringing with her father in jail in Arizona and her mother and a boyfriend arrested for dealing drugs

Her devastated family, who have been unwilling to speak publicly on her tragic death, launched The Alyssa Stop Bullying Fund, which has so far raised just $165.

On the site, a family message reads: ‘On Wednesday April 16, at the young age of 19 Alyssa Funke took her own life. Alyssa like so many other teens was a victim of bully and sadly the bullying lead to her death.’

According to KMSP-TV, Miss Funke’s video remains on their website. Attempts to contact the site have so far been unsuccessful.

The local sheriff’s office is investigating the teenager’s death but does not believe that the messages sent to Miss Funke amount to criminal harassment.

Miss Funke’s story draws similarities with Duke student Miriam Weeks, 18, who was outed as porn star Belle Knox earlier this year and also sat on the same Vegas couch for CastingCouch-X.

Miss Knox, a women’s studies major, made headlines earlier this year when one of her classmates outed her secret life as a porn star to the student body.

Since then, she has defended her decision to enter the adult film world on Piers Morgan Live, The View and other talk shows.

Weeks after Miss Funke made the sex tape and had been bullied relentlessly on social media, she drove to Big Carnelia Lake and shot herself on her family's boat

SATA IN COURT VERBATIM

Posted on

Michael Sata personally appeared in a public court.

When the case was called before High Court Judge Ms. Ireen Lengalenga, Mr. Sata’s lawyer, Bonaventure Mutale applied for a 15 minutes break because his client (Mr. Sata), wanted to personally attend and testify.

The Judge adjourned the case for 15 minutes, and shorty after about 5 minutes, Mr. Sata walked into the fully parked courtroom. Immediately Mr. Sata walked into courtroom, accompanied by Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba, he started shouting on top of his voice asking where the Judge was. “You court marshal, where is your ka judge here. Go and call him or her. I cant be waiting here,” Mr. Sata shouted as his Lawyers tried to quietly remind him that he needed to be silent as there were court processes and etiquette that had to be followed.

The court marshal went to the Judge’s chamber and came back, but Sata again shouted and ordered him to go back and come with the Judge, as the people that were in court all felt embarrassed with the president’s public behavior. Eventually Judge Lengalenga entered the courtroom and ordered that Mr. Sata goes into the dock to start his testimony led by his lawyer Bonaventure Mutale.

As per court process, Sata took oath by lifting the Bible and was asked to tell the court his full names to which he asked his own lawyer and the Judge whether they did not know him.

Judge: Please tell us your name, as per court procedure.

Sata: You mean you don’t know me?

Judge: This is for court records and procedure sir.

Sata: My names are Michael Charles Katongo Chilufya Sata

Judge: What is your age?

Sata: I am 72 years

Judge: Where do you reside sir?

Sata: At State House Grounds. Sata’s Lawyers try to correct him here and says he resides at Kwanzi house inside State House not in the open ground, along independence avenue. Sata interjects and says “yes there is only one State House in the country unless he is not aware.’

Sata’s lawyer: Please give your testimony now. Are you a friend to Fred Mmembe and Mutembo Nchito?

Sata: No, I am a friend of all citizens including Fred Mmembe as along as they are not criminals like Richard Sakala.

Sata: In fact I am a friend of DBZ (Development Bank of Zambia) because whoever borrows money must pay back.

Sata: When they were borrowing this money, I was not aware. They were not consulting me.

Sata (digresses from the court session): Madam judge, look at that policeman. I don’t like the shabby way he is dressed. His uniform is looking very shabby.

Judge (tries to interject:) Your excellency, please can we concentrate on the matter at hand.

Sata: Nooo! that policeman at the gate is looking shabby. He is embarrassing me. People will say I don’t dress policemen properly.

Judge: Counsel Mutale, please tell your client to concentrate on the court process as there are procedures here. Please can you control your client. This is court.

Mutale: Your excellency, please can we concentrate on the matter at hand. At that stage the policeman walks away from where he was standing.

Sata (seeing another policeman): Madam Judge, there is another policeman there trying to embarrass me. I don’t like the way he is dressed as well.

Sata’s Lawyer: Your excellency please lets move on.

Sata: Me I don’t know anything about this DBZ thing. Richard Sakala told a lie.

At that stage the matter was adjourned to 24th and 25th June 2014, when Mr. Sata will have to go through a rigorous cross-examination exercises from Richard Sakala’s team of lawyers.

As the matter was being adjourned, Mr. Sata again shouted and openly insulted Sakala’s lawyer “you lipolo”, as Kabimba and the Judge just looked down in shame.

According to the court procedures and laws of Zambia, The Daily Nation and Mr. Sakala’s lawyers will now have to ask Mr. Sata any questions in the open court. They will take turns and the cross-examinations process can last for long hours. So far, Mr. Sata faces perjury charges of having lied on oath in court, at least about his year of birth, for which he can be imprisoned.

SATA PERSONALLY GOES TO COURT TO TESTIFY AGAINST RICHARD SAKALA

Sata at High Court

In an unprecedented move, President Michael Sata has personally gone to the Lusaka High Court to testify in a matter in which he Sata, has sued the Daily Nation Newspapers for defamation.

President Michael Sata was by 11 hours local time at the Lusaka High Court accompanied by hundreds of Patriotic Front cadres._DSC0018

Sata sued the Daily Nation over a story in which former University of Zambia Lecturer Choolwe Beyani accused government of criminality for removing Vincent Malambo as Development Bank of Zambia Lawyer. This was in a matter in which DBZ sued Zambian Airways owned by Sata’s friends for failure to pay back K14 Billion.

According to the Zambian constitution, a President enjoys immunity and cannot be compelled to appear in court.

If there is such a matter, good practice would have been for Sata to wait until his presidency expires to pursue this private matter.

But since Sata has taken himself to court, it means that the Newspaper’s lawyers can quiz the President in any way they see fit to defend their clients as long as the judge allows.

The lawyers have the right to cross-examine Sata and ask him any questions.

‘Moreover, Sata has now set a very bad and dangerous precedence whereby any person with a court case that involves the Head of State or government can subpoena the president to answer questions,’ said one lawyer.

How Colonialism Benefits from Boko Haram’s Mass Kidnapping of Girls

Posted on

Christof Lehmann (nsnbc) : The mass kidnapping of Nigerian schoolgirls by Boko Haram is only the tip of on iceberg of slavery in Africa. Slavery and trafficking is more often than not tied to conflicts in which core NATO member states and terrorist organizations with ties to their intelligence services play central roles. Ultimately, conflict, slavery and trafficking, as well as prostitution are tied to issues about sovereignty.

Turkey_MIT_THY_NIGERIA_SMUGGLING_WEAPONS_ADBoko Haram began its insurgency five years ago. Experts stress that Boko Haram is covertly funded and armed by intelligence services of core NATO member states. The function of the covert support for Boko Haram is the destabilization of a country to justify a NATO military presence.

One of the most recent incidents that supports this assessment comes from a clandestine recording of a phone conversation between Mustafa Varank, who has close ties to Tukey’s AKP government and Turkey’s intelligence service MIT and a Turkish Airlines official, in which the two are discussing details about arms smuggling to Nigeria.

Emma Christopher, an expert on slavery and human trafficking, stressed that tens of thousands of people are bought and sold in Nigeria every year. The majority of them are children. Christopher is referring to the International Labour Organization which estimated that in 2003, as many as six million Nigerian children had been trafficked at some time in their lives.

Nigeria InsurgencyCore NATO Members Engineered Conflict Drives Slave and Trafficking Business.

This prompts the questions, why the sudden outcry about the kidnapped Nigerian girls throughout western governments? Why the sudden headlines in western corporate media?

In October 2012, the Irish analyst Finian Cunningham pointed out Boko Haram’s role as an instrument of western modo-colonialism, writing:

On the surface, a militant group known as Boko Haram appears to be the protagonist. But some believe that powerful Western interests are using the violence to consolidate foreign control over Nigeria’s vast oil wealth.

Cunningham stressed that some Nigerian analysts believe that the organization is being used by powerful external forces as a conduit for destabilizing Nigeria. A “believe” which since then has been substantiated. He quoted political analyst Olufemi Ijebuode saying:

“The upshot of this latest massacre is to destabilize the state of Nigeria by sowing sectarian divisions among the population. The killers may have been Boko Haram operatives, but Boko Haram is a proxy organization working on behalf of foreign powers.”

Note, that the rapid growth of the Nigerian economy and the country’s oil export coincides with the increased incidence of terrorist attacks and the increased presence of US AFRICOM troops.

Family of slaves in modern Mauritania.

Cultural Factors Play a Minuscule Role. A relatively small part of African slavery and human trafficking problems are related to cultural factors.

Mauritania is one of the countries where slavery is a remainder of the age-old Arab slave trade and the colonization of the Maghreb by Arabs. Slavery was banned in Mauritania in 1980.

The remaining problems in Mauritania, as tragic as they are, are minuscule in comparison with the conflict related slavery and trafficking. Moreover, most slaves in Mauritania are living within family units, which is in stark contrast to the destiny of the vast majority of those who are enslaved or trafficked in connection with conflicts.

Slave Trade in Africa and Middle East worth 1.6 Billion Annually. In an article about slavery in Africa, Emma Christopher stressed that the NGO Free the Slaves estimates that 1.6 billion dollar in profit derives from African and Middle Eastern slavery per year. Christopher adds, that his amount is greater than the combined GDP of eight African countries in 2013.

Laurent Gbagbo - An African leader with Visions of Independence

Christopher stressed that Around 40% of the world’s chocolate comes from cocoa produced in the Ivory Coast and that children from across West Africa are trafficked to work there: there is no guarantee that those children have not grown the chocolate you enjoy.

What Christopher doesn’t address in her article is that core NATO member France engineered the 2010 coup d’état against Ivorian President Laurent Gbagbo who was about to end the French usurpation of the country and with it the usurpation of the other UMEOA member states.

Neither the conflict in Ivory Coast and the continuation of the slavery in and around the country can be understood without understanding the system of usurpation France installed in its former colonies and UMEOA member states.

Franc_CFAThe system was described in great detail, in the article “French Africa Policy Damages African and European Economies”. The problem can be reduced to the following:

  • France has installed commissars in the UMEOA region’s three central banks. The commissars have veto right and can, in fact, block any financial, monetary or economic decisions.
  • France is printing the regions money, the Franc CFA in Chemaliers, France.
  • UMEOA member states “must” deposit 65 % of their foreign currency reserves in the French National Bank against 0 (ZERO) % interest.
  • France earns about 3 % interest on the deposits and “lends” the profit back to individual UMEOA member states against 5 – 6 % or more as “development aid”.
  • UMEOA member states “must” deposit “all” of their gold reserves in France. No audit has taken place for decades.
  • Any head of state who wants to get his country out of the French racket is faced with the prospect of assassination, imprisonment or a coup d’état. Laurent Gbagbo has since 2010 been held in a prison of the International Criminal Court.

Soldier CARChristopher also, correctly points out that seven types of slavery are prevalent in eastern Congo. Men and boys are enslaved in the mines of the region, whose products we all have in our mobile phones and other electronics.

A covert investigation in 2013 by Free the Slaves found that more than 90% of mine-workers were enslaved, the majority through debt bondage or having been kidnapped by armed groups. Nearby, they found women and girls who had been trafficked to work as prostitutes to serve the miners. (emphasis added)

Image: UNMISS

The Sudanese parliament reported in 2008 that at least 35.000 people remained enslaved, the majority of them being Christians from the South held by Islamic families in the North.

The problem has received little international attention, although it has been noticed when US and Qatari intelligence services began targeting the country for civil war and its separation into Sudan and South Sudan. That development came when depletion of oil resources made the exploration of Sudanese resources attractive.

Kidnapped Tunisian girls trafficked through Turkey to work as sex slaves for terrorists.

NATO Engineered Conflict and Sex Slavery. October 2013 the Tunisian Interior Minister Lofti Ben Jeddou complained that Tunisian girls were being trafficked trough Turkey. Young Tunisian girls are being lured into traps or simply kidnapped and trafficked to Syria via Turkey.

Ben Joddou announced to Tunisia’s National Assembly, that Tunisian girls are forced to satisfy the sexual needs of terrorists in Syria under the euphemism sexual jihad.

Ben Jeddou stressed, that Turkey has become a bridgehead for sex jihad and declared that the trafficked Tunisian girls are forced into having sex with 20 – 30, in some cases 100 of the “holy warrirors”. Ben Jeddou stressed, that most of them return pregnant.

Besides the psychological trauma the young Tunisian girls suffer, the large number of children which will be born due to the forced sexual service will create a sociological time bomb in Tunisia. Another problem, which remains largely unaddressed, is that many of the girls who return, have been infected with sexually transmittable diseases, including HIV. Yet others again never return because life has become a chap commodity since the country was targeted for holy war.

It is worth noting that these holy warriors, for the greatest part, are US-UK-Turkish-Saudi Arabia and Qatar-funded mercenaries who are fighting a war on behalf of core NATO member states, CGG member states and Israel. For those who have not noticed the fact yet, a statement of the former French Foreign Minister, Roland Dumas is a good starting point to understand the situation in Syria.

Dumas, photo courtesy of SANADuring an appearance on the French TV channel LPC, Dumas made a short remark, saying that top British officials were preparing the subversion of Syria with the help of “rebels” two years before the first protests in 2011, and that he was asked, whether he wanted to participate. During the TV appearance on LPC, in June, Dumas said:

“I am going to tell you something. I was in England two years before the violence in Syria on other business. I met with top British officials, who confessed to me, that they were preparing something in Syria. … This was in Britain not in America. Britain was organizing an invasion of rebels into Syria. They even asked me, although I was no longer Minister of Foreign Affairs, if I would like to participate. Naturally, I refused, I said I am French, that does not interest me … This does not make sense, it is time to fix all this again. … there are some sides who have the desire to destroy Arab states, like what happened to Iraq and Libya before, particularly given Syria´s special relations with Russia. … that if an agreement is not reached, then Israel will attack and destroy the governments that stand against Israel”.

Kidnapping of girls and trafficking of girls to Syria has also been reported from Mali, invaded by France and NATO members in 2013 as well as from Egypt and Libya invaded by NATO and NATO-led Al-Qaeda “rebels” in 2011. Since 2014 the kidnapping of girls has begun spreading into Europe, with the “disappearance” of two Austrian – Bosnian girls being the best known incident.

Migrant workers in Qatar.

Employment in Slave-like Conditions. One of the greatest Arab importers of  migrant workers who are working under slavery-like conditions, is Qatar.

About 88 % of all workers in Qatar are migrant workers. Many of them are kept in appalling conditions. Violence and abuse, including sexual abuse is rampant. Many female migrant workers are literally being held as sex slaves. Similar conditions can be found in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain.

An Entirely Different Problem – Trafficking for the Western Sex Industry. Trafficked African sex workers can be found in as good as every red-light district in every European capital as well as in most larger provincial cities. African girls are also being trafficked to Asia.

Sex Slaves held in Copenhagen, Denmark

Many of the girls are lured into traps with promises about a cleaning job, au-pair jobs and other. Once they arrive, the standard procedure is that their passports are taken away and that they are “broken in”.

In an interview with several trafficked African prostitutes in a provincial town in Denmark, one of the girls told the author that she was hospitalized with severe blood loss after having been forced to service numerous “clients” one day.

Asked how she managed at the hospital she reported that a health insurance card was “lent” to her by her pimp. When she was asked why she didn’t use the occasion to escape, she said that she was scared. Her pimp knows who her family is, and they will kill someone if I run away, she said.

The standard price for these trafficked African girls in Denmark is between 170 and 200 dollars per hour. A trafficked girl can expect to earn about 20 to 30 of the 200 dollars. From that income, they are often forced to pay 50 – 100 dollars per day for accommodation and other “services”.

Trafficked African girls in similar situations can be found in their thousands across Europe. The vast majority of them are from the former French colonies, now UMEOA member states or one of the countries of “special interest” for other core NATO member states.

A Question of Sovereignty. Ultimately, what one is dealing with is a question of sovereignty. That is, national sovereignty as well as individual sovereignty.

The girls kidnapped by Boko Haram have been deprived of their sovereignty over themselves and their own bodies. Boko Haram is used by core NATO member states to deprive Nigeria of its sovereignty by subverting the country, to place AFRICOM troops, to “secure” the country’s resources for the USA and its western allies.

The slave or migrant workers in Ivory Coast and its cocoa plantations have been deprived of sovereignty over themselves and their bodies. They have been reduced to an instrument for a modo-colonialist system of usurpation. Ivory Coast and the other 14 UMEOA member states don’t have any sovereignty. France can and does dictate their fiscal, monetary and economic policies and changes regimes which threaten to break free from the racket.

The trafficked girl in the Danish provincial city does not have sovereignty over herself or her body. The thousands of girls in similar situations in Europe have been deprived of their sovereignty.

Double Moral in Western Prostitution Laws – The Ultimate Betrayal. Nobody should live in slavery or work under slavery-like conditions. Nobody, neither woman or man should be kidnapped, trafficked or otherwise forced into prostitution.

Brothel raiders. West Midlands Police

That said, some women and men alike are making the conscious decision to escape sweatshops in the Maghreb, cocoa plantations in Ivory Coast, gold mines in Congo, uranium mines in Mali, or minimum wage, zero hour contract jobs at a McDonald in London.. etc..

Some people make the sovereign decision to say unequivocally “no” to working as industrial slaves in a rigged game. Some of these people recognize that all that the system in which they are entrapped leaves them with is sovereignty over themselves, their own body and their entrepreneurial spirit.

Some of these people make a sovereign decision to sell sexual services under conditions which they themselves determine and agree to. People who empower themselves by providing sexual services to paying clients. Some of them travel from Africa or Asia to Europe to work and provide for their family and to save money to build a life when they return.

If there was a political will to crack down on trafficking there would be very few trafficked women in western countries. Instead, we see increasingly restrictive prostitution laws which target those who are working as free entrepreneurs as well as their clients.

Restrictive prostitution laws which prevent these people from empowering themselves with the only resource this system, in many cases, has left them with. These laws drive them into the hands of exactly those criminals who will abuse them –  this is, the ultimate betrayal of their sovereignty – this is, the ultimate enslavement that denies even, that one uses one’s own body as a sovereign.

So why all that sudden interest about those girls who were kidnapped by Boko Haram, which is clandestinely financed, fueled and instrumentalized by modo-colonialist powers?

There are more Women Cheaters than Men

Posted on Updated on

Image

A study conducted by The UK Adultery Survey showed that women who cheat have an average of 2.3 extramarital lovers to 1.8 of men who cheat. Apart from this, women start cheating earlier than men. The typical woman will cheat at the age of 37 years , while the average man will starts cheating when he turns 42 years. Whether it is a quest for emotional fulfillment or things have just gotten boring at home, married women that cheat are likely to have more secret lovers than men.

Products of CCSPOS Burrp Banner

The most interesting part is that this study found that 40% of women and 30% of men would actually ask for a divorce if they ever discovered that their spouse was cheating. While most men cheat because of boredom in the marriage, sexual excitement and the need to boost their ego, most women cheat for emotional reasons.

Once they have made the big decision to cheat, women have far more opportunity to actually find someone to cheat with. Just look at online dating sites, you will realize women are spoiled for choice of male suitors. Female cheaters are generally in control of deciding if and when to end the relationship once they start it.

Female cheaters are more likely to fall in love with their lovers than male cheaters. 57% of female adulterers reported being in love with their extra-marital lovers while only 27% of men reported being in love with their lovers. According to this report, female cheaters are actually more likely to be still in love with their spouses. 76% percent of women cheaters reported that they still love their husbands compared to 67% of male cheaters.

This finding definitely challenged the traditional view that men are more adulterous than women. This research clearly showed that married women have more extra-marital lovers compared to men. So why is the number of adulteress rising? Below are some of the main reasons why married women cheat.

Why Married Women are Cheating More than Men

1.Women are financially independent

Over the years women have been preaching about their independence long before Beyonce and her cronies decided to make an anthem about it. Today, women are rocking barely-there bikinis and explaining that their mums taught them better than being housewives. Currently, women are boldly independent as moguls and top entertainers. Women have proven that they have what it takes to stand strong alongside a man and now this power has been translated to the bedroom. Most married women that cheat feel completely entitled to the extra-marital relationships. They feel if their husbands can cheat then they can also cheat, after all, they make as much or more money than their spouses.

2. Social stigmas lifted

Over the last 2 decades, there has been a more relaxed approach to sex in general. This can be attributed to the media, TV and some shows like ‘Single ladies’, ‘Sex in the city’ and many others. Such shows glamorize casual and predatory sex among women. The internet has also played a great factor since it’s now easy for people to ‘hook up’ online and subsequently in the bed room.

3. Low self- Esteem

Women with low self-esteem, unsolved childhood trauma, depression and other similar issues may seek validation through romantic and sexual activity. If another man complements them, makes them feel desirable, wanted loveable or simply makes them feel good about themselves, they might have an affair.

4. Revenge

Women are known to keep grudges for long. A woman, who feels betrayed by her partner, either sexually or financially, may use infidelity as a way to retaliate.

5. Loneliness and Neglect

Sometimes women feel like a maid, nanny, mother or a financial provider than a wife or a lover. In such a case, a woman may use extra-marital sex as way to fill this emotional void.

6. Lack of sex and intimacy at home

Women are sexual creatures; they enjoy the physical act of making love just like men do. Sometimes when the woman is much more sexual than her partner, this might cause problems. Instead of ending the marriage, she may seek a little sex outside the marriage as way to meet her physical needs.

7. Unrealistic expectations

Some married women expect their husbands to meet their each and every desire. When their partner inevitably fails them, the women will sometimes turn to someone else.

Oscar Pistorius could face month in psychiatric unit to see if mental health played part in killing

Posted on Updated on

Oscar Pistorius will find out tomorrow whether he has to spend 30 days under psychiatric evaluation as part of his murder trial.

The chief prosecutor made the request that the runner be put under observationafter an expert witness testified that he had an anxiety disorder.

Prosecutor Gerrie Nel noted that a psychiatrist for the defence said the disorder she diagnosed in Pistorius could have played a role in his fatal shooting of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp at his home in February last year.

Mr Nel has acknowledged that an evaluation of Pistorius’s state of mind at a government facility could mean the trial will be delayed. Yesterday he referred to a 30-day evaluation period.

Pistorius says he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder when he shot her. Prosecutors say he killed her in anger after an argument.

Judge Thokozile Masipa ordered an adjournment and said she would rule on Mr Nel’s request tomorrow morning.

The prosecutor questioned why the defence asked psychiatrist Merryll Vorster to testify on behalf of the Olympic runner.

He has suggested that the trial is not going well for Pistorius and his lawyers are floating the idea that a disorder contributed to Steenkamp’s shooting and that therefore Pistorius bears less responsibility for her death.

In asking for another professional evaluation of Pistorius’s mental state, Mr Nel appeared to be trying to ward off any attempt by the defence to say Pistorius should be treated favourably by the court because of a mental condition linked to his disability.

Pistorius’s chief lawyer Barry Roux said at the start of defence-led evidence that the double amputee’s vulnerability and disability was at the centre of his case of a mistaken killing.

He said Pistorius should not be sent for 30 days of psychiatric evaluation and that he wanted to call another witness to continue evidence.

Ms Vorster met Pistorius this month, prompting the prosecutor to question whether the timing of her late entry to the stable of witnesses signified a change in tactics by the defence, which has said Pistorius fired out of fear that he was about to be attacked.
